Main Responsibilities: -Supervise daily kitchen operations and service. -Coordinate and lead the team. -Organize production and ensure timely service. -Control inventory and kitchen processes. -Train the team and manage workflow dynamics. -Participate in menu creation and improvement. -Guarantee order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations. Requirements: -Proven experience as a kitchen manager. -Gastronomy education (preferred). -Knowledge of cost control, production, and inventory management. -Problem-solving, organized, and leadership-oriented profile. -Resident in Paraná or nearby areas.
