Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Systems Leader to manage and serve as the technical reference for strategic infrastructure and network projects in a unique and challenging environment. Team Management: Coordinate and plan the team’s day-to-day activities and ensure a safe working culture (including work at height). Technical Reference (Level 3): Resolve incidents related to networks (Cisco, Ubiquiti), microwave links, IP telephony, and VHF equipment. Infrastructure: Plan and maintain fiber-optic cabling, manage servers (VMware/Hyper-V), and ensure backups. Innovation and Home Automation: Maintain automation systems, CCTV, and access control systems. Turnkey Project Management: Identify needs, design the project, and lead it from cost analysis and technical survey through to final implementation. Administrative Management: Report personnel updates to HR (attendance, leaves, overtime). What Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in similar roles (ideally in industrial or complex isolated environments). Hard Skills: Proficiency in microwave links, servers, networks, and managed security. Mandatory: Valid driver’s license and availability for the 11x3 work schedule.
