Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to coordinate 3 staff dining facilities, ensuring quality, service, and organizational standards, while supporting operations. Identification of improvements and implementation of corrective actions We seek a candidate with experience leading culinary teams and managing dining facility operations. The role involves comprehensive coordination of 3 staff dining facilities, ensuring adherence to the company-defined standards for quality, service, and organization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and train staff, organize shifts, and ensure compliance with protocols. Provide operational support in the kitchen or cover positions during contingencies. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary. Monitor attendance, leave days, and vacations; manage procurement and operational costs. Control supplies, place orders, and optimize ingredient usage. Propose new menu options based on seasonality and company needs. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment, complying with food safety regulations. We Value: Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar roles. Experience in industrial cafeterias, hotels, camps, or high-volume food service operations. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and operational management. Ability to make decisions, set priorities, and ensure adherence to company guidelines. We Offer: Work schedule: 11 days on / 3 days off.
