Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to coordinate cafeteria operations, ensure quality standards, and optimize operational management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of culinary teams and management of cafeteria operations. 2. Comprehensive coordination of multiple staff cafeterias. 3. Identification of improvements and implementation of corrective actions. We seek a candidate with experience leading culinary teams and managing cafeteria operations. The role entails comprehensive coordination of 3 staff cafeterias, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined standards for quality, service, and organization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and train staff, organize shifts, and ensure adherence to protocols. Provide operational support in the kitchen or cover positions during contingencies. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Monitor attendance, leave days, and vacations; manage procurement and operational costs. Control supplies, place orders, and optimize ingredient usage. Propose new menu options based on seasonality and company needs. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper equipment condition, complying with food safety regulations. We Value: Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar roles. Experience in industrial cafeterias, hotels, camps, or high-volume food service operations. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and operational management. Ability to make decisions, set priorities, and ensure adherence to company guidelines. We Offer: Work schedule: 11 days on / 3 days off. Shared accommodation at the workplace, including all utilities and meals. Transportation provided by the company to nearby towns (Bariloche and El Bolsón).
