Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cook for industrial dining facilities to coordinate daily production, develop a complete menu, lead a team, and ensure service quality. A leading company in institutional food services and Facility Management is hiring a Cook with experience in industrial dining facilities for an important client located in the Zárate area. · Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily production for high-volume service together with the Head Chef. Develop a complete menu (appetizers, main courses, side dishes, desserts, and salad bar). Organize and meet production timelines. Supervise cooking points, flavor, and temperature. Ensure quality control, hygiene, and proper implementation of procedures. Prepare the daily production order. Monitor inventory and supplies. Produce menus for special events / break-the-routine activities. Lead and coordinate the work team (supervising 10 people). · Requirements: Proven experience in industrial dining facilities or collective catering. Experience managing large-volume production. Experience leading teams. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Organized, solution-oriented profile focused on service quality. · Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
