Therefore, we seek to hire a Technical Application Leader—a key role to technically lead strategic applications, ensuring their sustainable evolution, technical quality, and alignment with the organization's architectural standards.
What is the challenge?
To serve as the technical reference for the assigned applications, acting as a liaison between development vendors, Product Owners, and the company’s technical departments—guaranteeing the technical feasibility of solutions and promoting sustainable business decisions.
The position will play a fundamental role within an agile cell, participating in the technical definition of the backlog, supporting technology transformation initiatives, and ensuring the quality and stability of digital products within a hybrid and highly integrated ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
Act as a technical reference and strategic partner to the Product Owner.
Manage development vendors technically and validate deliverables.
Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
Oversee quality practices, testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and observability.
Manage integrations among cloud platforms, legacy systems, and third-party solutions.
Lead resolution of complex incidents and root cause analysis.
Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technical standards.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for applications.

Requirements
Professionals graduated or advanced students in Information Technology–related fields, or equivalent experience.
More than 5 years of experience in application development and technical leadership.
Experience in technical vendor management and working in agile cells alongside Product Owners.
Knowledge of GCP, Apigee, GitLab, SonarCloud, Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, React, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
Experience with API-based, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and DevSecOps best practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with technical and business teams.
