Let’s see if you have the skills we’re looking for! :)** We are seeking a CRM Developer to join the team managing projects on the Microsoft Power Platform within the Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, development, and customization of advanced Customer Engagement solutions, tailored to support business needs. Key responsibilities include: * Managing application solutions and Customer Engagement solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform; * Analyzing and designing innovative new processes aligned with business requirements; * A strong team spirit, collaborative mindset, and willingness to support colleagues while maintaining a positive attitude are essential. Active participation in key learning opportunities is also important. Being results-oriented, taking individual responsibility, and ensuring high-quality work * REQUIREMENTS: * Diploma in Computer Science / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical-scientific disciplines; * Proven experience of at least 4–5 years in this role, gained within structured companies or consulting firms; * Good command of English; * Technical skills: * C# * JavaScript / TypeScript * REST APIs * JSON * Git / GitHub * VS Code * Testing and Debugging * Prompt Engineering * Microsoft Copilot Studio * GitHub Copilot **WHAT WE OFFER** * + This position offers an Annual Gross Salary starting from €32.000. The applicable collective labor agreement is “Commercio” (Tertiary, Distribution, and Services), and the employment level is that of a white-collar employee.
