Job Summary:
The Purchasing Specialist manages the domestic procurement process and supports International Procurement/Comex, ensuring the supply of goods and services meets quality standards.

1. Manages the end-to-end domestic procurement process.
2. Provides operational support to the International Procurement/Comex team.
3. Negotiates with and monitors suppliers.
The **Purchasing Specialist** will be responsible for managing and monitoring the domestic procurement process, ensuring the supply of goods and services required for company operations. Additionally, they will support the International Procurement/Comex department in managing and monitoring foreign trade operations, collaborating on supplier coordination, documentation, and logistics related to imports. This role must be performed in compliance with the organization’s procurement procedures and under the quality standards required by the organization.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end domestic procurement process—from internal requisition to goods receipt.
* Analyze purchase requisition information.
* Request quotations from a minimum of three suppliers; analyze and compare received options in terms of price, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and quality.
* Maintain system records updated with relevant purchase status information.
* Comply with the organization’s established procurement procedures.
* Monitor deliveries, shipping documents, invoices, and associated discrepancies or issues.
* Collaborate with various internal departments to identify needs and plan procurement activities.
* Provide operational support to the International Procurement/Comex team for tasks including:
* Monitoring import operations.
* Tracking and organizing commercial and logistics documentation related to international operations.
* Updating and recording information related to foreign trade operations in internal systems.
Requirements:
* Graduate or advanced student in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
* Supplier management and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle multiple requests and suppliers simultaneously.
* Minimum one year of prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
* Experience or knowledge in International Trade, imports, Incoterms, and international trade documentation is preferred.
Salary: $1\.800\.000,00 \- $2\.200\.000,00 per month
