Comprehensive business development with companies within their assigned territories. Budgetary target achievement. Acquisition of new clients. Holistic business perspective. Requirements Academic background in disciplines related to banking business, completed or in advanced stages of study—preferably Economics or Agricultural Administration. Knowledge of the SME segment. Solid experience in commercial roles. Clear results orientation to work with budgets and management control tools. Commercial proactivity. Autonomy in performing tasks.
