We seek committed, responsible individuals with a strong commitment to quality. **Responsibilities**: Ensure productive operational continuity and building maintenance by organizing preventive and corrective tasks for company infrastructure, spare parts management, and resolution of basic technical issues related to general building maintenance and maintenance of frequently used gastronomic machinery (e.g., mixers, meat grinders, slicers, etc). **Requirements**: Proven experience in maintenance. Basic mechanical knowledge. Basic electronic knowledge. Basic knowledge of masonry, plumbing, and electricity. Experience operating machine tools. Responsible and meticulous profile.
