Position Summary: Ecolab is seeking a Technical Service Representative for Nalco Water Light in GBA, responsible for executing service plans, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in problem resolution and customer support. 2. Implementation of service standards in strategic accounts. 3. Field evaluation and correction of technical issues. **Ecolab Argentina** is seeking a **Technical Service Representative** to join the Nalco Water Light team, based in **South Zone \- GBA**. In this role, you will execute service plans for strategic district accounts, provide customers with problem-resolution assistance, and generate high levels of customer satisfaction. What will you do? * Deliver contractual service and assist customers with problem-resolution support regarding the Company’s products / applications / solutions. * Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards across all customers. * Support district sales staff in handling the Company’s service call program for existing products and services, and assist in corrective action as appropriate. * Evaluate field issues on-site and operate required test equipment to restore systems to customer compliance. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services upon project request to meet customer needs.
