Job Summary: A technical reference with Java programming experience, responsible for defining standards, validating technical solutions, resolving complex problems, and advising developers to ensure quality and scalability. Job Description: **Job Objective** Correctly define the technical specifications of programming solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability. Acts as the team’s technical reference, actively participating in development and resolution of complex problems. **Functional Description – Responsibilities** * Define development and architectural standards * Validate technical solutions * Participate in development and code reviews * Resolve complex production incidents * Translate functional requirements into technical solutions * Advise developers * Drive continuous improvement and quality * Maintain constant communication with other roles within the area to identify and resolve incidents and ensure proper workflow. **Knowledge/Skills** * Proven 10-year experience in Senior Java Programming and/or Technical Leadership roles, with expertise in JAVA Fullstack programming. * Design of scalable and maintainable solutions * Advanced debugging and root cause analysis * Architectural judgment (monolith vs. microservices) * Experience in production systems * Ability to simplify solutions * Experience in system integrations * Ability to resolve critical incidents * 365 (environment administration) * Technical English * Fullstack: Java (mandatory) \- Spring / Spring Boot \- REST API design * Integrations: Consumption and design of APIs \- Error handling in integrations \- Authentication (tokens, etc.) * Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server) \- Query optimization **Working Conditions** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, standard office environment. No travel required. * First month of onboarding is 100% on-site; thereafter, includes 2 remote workdays per week (although no formal policy is established). * Ongoing training provided by the company * Agreements with Universidad Siglo XXI and Educación IT * School vouchers for employees’ children aged 4 to 13 **Education Level** Professional or advanced student in Computer Science / Systems Engineering / Information Systems degree or related fields. Postgraduate degrees and certifications will be valued.
