If you have experience in engineering project management, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of communication hardware and software, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Support and maintenance for installed and future communication systems. * Preparation and tracking of budgets and procurement. * Field execution, monitoring, and completion of integrated communication tasks for the field. * Documentation management and change control. Identification and proposal of improvements related to communication systems. **Requirements:** * Experience in engineering project management. * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Experience coordinating operational teams. * In-depth knowledge of communication hardware and software. * Teamwork orientation. * Customer orientation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. * Adaptability to change. * Technical-level English proficiency. * Familiarity with task management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana). **Desired Knowledge:** * LAN and Wireless network systems. * Microwave radio link systems (Preferred brands: Radwin, Cambium, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.). * UHF/VHF or similar radio systems. * Power systems (UPS and solar). * Structured cabling and fiber optics. **Education:** * Computer Science / Systems (Primary) * Electronic Engineering **Desired Profile:** * Solution-oriented and practical. * Ability to coordinate and motivate teams. * Ability to adapt to change and resolve problems quickly. * Familiarity with the latest technologies in networks and communications. * 7x7 shift schedule and willingness to work at the camp.
