Our goal is to assist and collaborate with building administrators and real estate agencies to improve their processes, increase efficiency, and achieve transparency through implementation of our platforms powered by cutting-edge technology. Currently, we are seeking a Junior Developer to join our Systems team. **Position Description:** The developer will be responsible for designing and implementing digital applications. They will use various programming languages for both front-end and back-end development, creating innovative solutions to enhance user experience. **Responsibilities:** \- Web software product development and maintenance. \- Front-end work (jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end work (PHP and MySQL). \- Integration with REST APIs. \- Participation in virtual meetings. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Computer Science or related field (tertiary/university level). \- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery. \- Valued skills: Linux, Git/Subversion repositories, Cordova or mobile development, integration with OpenAI-type APIs / LLM models. \- Process automation using AI. \- Intelligent features (chatbots, classification, recommendation systems). \- Basic prompt engineering. **We Offer:** Full-time or part-time employment (hourly/project-based) \- Freelance.
