EY has a specialized technology consulting group that advises and meets client needs in information technology topics by implementing tools and platforms to optimize business processes and operations. **Responsibilities** In your role as Senior Digital Risk professional specializing in SAP Security, you will have the opportunity to participate in SAP platform implementation, transformation, migration, and support projects, ensuring compliance with required security controls. We expect you to develop your career through activities such as: * Administer and maintain SAP authorizations in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IS\-U, and SAP BPC environments. * Design, build, and optimize simple, composite, and derived roles according to business requirements. * Manage the full SAP user administration lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and periodic access reviews. * Configure and administer SAP GRC Access Control solutions, including Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), and Emergency Access Management (EAM) modules. * Analyze and mitigate risks associated with Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and critical access. * Execute authorization analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP access-related incidents. * Participate in compliance reviews and internal and external audits, including SOX and ITGC audits. * Prepare functional and technical documentation, as well as evidence for audit and compliance processes. * Manage requests, incidents, and changes via ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. * Identify opportunities to improve access governance processes and implement SAP security best practices. * Collaborate with multicultural teams and global stakeholders. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in SAP Security and working with SAP GRC Access Control. * Proven experience administering SAP authorizations in medium- or large-scale production environments. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of its associated security architecture. * Knowledge and experience with SAP Fiori, including catalogs, groups, roles, and Launchpad. * Experience administering users, roles (simple, composite, derived), authorization profiles, values, and objects. * Experience using ARM (Access Request Management), ARA (Access Risk Analysis), and EAM (Emergency Access Management) modules. * Experience performing SoD conflict analysis and access risk management. * Knowledge and experience administering Firefighter IDs. * Experience working with ServiceNow or similar service and ticket management tools. * Knowledge of governance and control frameworks. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and global teams. * Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **What We Offer?** * Join one of the best companies to work for (GPTW Argentina). * Be part of a highly recognized market team grounded in best practices. * Hybrid work model. * Financial assistance for those relocating to Buenos Aires to work at EY. * Additional monthly allowance for remote connectivity. * Continuous training programs. * Virtual training platform offering over 18\.000 courses, including Udemy and Coursera courses. * Access to EY Badges, a global certification program across multiple knowledge areas. * EY Master in Business Analytics and Master in Sustainability — innovative virtual learning programs developed in partnership with Hult International Business School. * English language training: individual class policy, free *open lessons*, high-impact *webinars*, and unrestricted access to the virtual learning platform. * International mobility opportunities. * Private health coverage for you and your family. * Annual wellness programs. * Flexibility policies, special leave types, and *softlanding* for pregnant individuals. * Discounts with an extensive network of gyms, retailers, and universities. * Periodic salary reviews. * Annual bonus. * Free snacks in the office. * Free deliveries and discounts on food delivery apps.
