Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of electronic security systems, their communication with the monitoring center, and customer satisfaction through education and maintenance.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Guarantee the proper functioning of all electronic security systems and their components, as well as their correct communication with the monitoring center.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1\. Perform comprehensive verification of electronic security systems to certify correct installation and operation, and correct faults if necessary.
2\. Test system transmission to verify correct communication with the monitoring center.
3\. Monitor the proper functioning of all components of an electronic security system to ensure correct operation.
4\. Educate and inform customers about the operational features of an electronic security system to ensure correct usage.
5\. Manage work material inventory to prevent technical service interruptions due to stock shortages, and perform material loading/unloading as required.
6\. Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and apply the “clean in, clean out” approach to avoid delays and complications in task execution.
7\. Appropriately report to supervisors or relevant personnel any irregular work situations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
8\. Accurately and precisely document information on technical assistance delivery notes to ensure proper record-keeping of performed tasks.

Requirements
* Reside in PARANÁ. (Mandatory)
* Availability to work 9-hour shifts. (Mandatory)
* Completed secondary education with official transcript (Mandatory). Technical training in electromechanics/industrial fields (Desirable)
* Computer skills (Software and application proficiency): Knowledge of hardware, software, and structured cabling fault diagnosis.
* Experience in networks, servers, and electronic maintenance. Ability to interpret CAD drawings. Knowledge of mobile telephony and other communication means – UHF/HT\-RF.
* Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance reports. BASIC ENGLISH LEVEL.
* Valid driver’s license. (Mandatory)
* Prior experience in roles related to this position. (Mandatory)
