Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing the sale of products and services. * Developing and expanding the customer portfolio in the region. * Accompanying distributors on commercial visits and proposal presentations. * Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring potential customers. * Implementing commercial strategies tailored to the regional dynamics. * Coordinating with internal departments to ensure service level commitments and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of commercial management experience, preferably in multisegment environments or regions with broad geographic coverage. * Technical secondary education. * Valid driver's license. * Desirable technical knowledge of gases, welding, and equipment. * Strong results orientation and negotiation skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and commercial management systems. * Willingness to travel. “At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
