Multifunctional profile with specialization and general collaboration We are looking for Maintenance and Construction Technicians! **Work Location:** Avellaneda, Greater Buenos Aires South We are currently recruiting 4 Maintenance and Construction Technicians with proven experience to join an operational team. We seek dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, and multifunctional individuals with experience in building maintenance and construction. AVAILABLE POSITIONS * 1 Electrician Technician **Requirements:** Experience with main and sectional distribution panels. Three-phase and single-phase installations. Electrical wiring installation. Detection and resolution of electrical faults. General masonry and/or plumbing knowledge will be valued. 2 Masonry, Drywall (Durlock), and Painting Technicians **Requirements:** Experience in masonry and plastering. Installation of gypsum board (Durlock) panels. Assembly of metal framing structures. Skimming and filling. General painting work. General electrical and/or plumbing knowledge will be valued. 1 Sanitary Technician / Welder **Requirements:** Experience in sanitary installations. Proficiency in thermofusion, PVC, and threaded connections. Unclogging of stormwater and sewer systems. Basic welding knowledge. General masonry and electrical knowledge will be valued. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ✅ Proven experience in construction and building maintenance. ✅ Safe handling of manual and power tools. ✅ Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues. ✅ Strong willingness to collaborate within a team. **✅ Multifunctional profile:** each individual will serve as a specialist in their field but must also assist with general maintenance and construction tasks when required. ✅ Availability to occasionally perform duties on weekends. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
