An environment that values autonomy, organization, and strategic thinking We are looking for a lawyer specialized in Labor Law to join a growing team focused on comprehensive corporate legal advisory services. Main Responsibilities • Drafting telegrams, formal letters, and employment contracts • Managing individual labor conflicts • Participating in hearings (SECLO) • Monitoring judicial proceedings • Coordinating with internal departments (HR / Administration) • Preventive analysis of labor risks Candidate Profile • Licensed attorney (mandatory) • Experience in Labor Law (minimum 2 years) • Experience providing legal advisory services to companies (preferred) • Familiarity with SECLO and labor proceedings • Strong legal writing skills • Analytical, solution-oriented profile with professional judgment We Especially Value • Autonomy and organizational skills • Strong client relationship management • Ability to prioritize tasks • Strategic thinking (not merely operational) • Solution-oriented approach Work Modality • Hybrid: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree Years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: 30 years or older Keywords: lawyer, letrado, jurista, legalista, abogado, labour, gremial, sindical, laboral
