Job Purpose Division of tasks with current administration to ensure timely achievement of objectives and activities, aligned with sector requirements and dynamics. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Dealer Network through standard communication channels (email, WhatsApp, and telephone). Preparing attendance sheets for training sessions and class openings on the Platform. Consolidating billing sheets and preparing data sheets for performance indicators. Monitoring ongoing virtual and in-person courses. Advising instructors on conducting training sessions. Generating area reports and performance indicators. Experience Required Any prior work or administrative experience relevant to the role will be valued. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in IT tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint — intermediate level), SAP, Power BI, AI (desirable) **Language:** English (basic to intermediate level preferred), Portuguese (basic level preferred) Strong verbal communication, writing skills, and interpersonal demeanor. Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is ARS $0\.00 \- plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
