Your goal is to exceed their expectations from the very first contact, committing to continuous learning to master the products, services, and technological tools we provide. · What are we looking for? · Experience: Minimum 3 months in customer service (mandatory for Call Center roles). Knowledge: Technically oriented profile with excellent PC skills (ideal if you have prior CRM system experience). Completed and certified secondary education (mandatory and verifiable). Residency in Córdoba Capital. · Key Competencies: · Results orientation. Effective communication and strong listening skills. Stress tolerance and focus on meeting performance metrics.
