Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to oversee and optimize the productive management of promotions and transactions, ensuring infrastructure stability and detecting anomalies. Key Highlights: 1. Manage proactive alerts to prevent operational issues. 2. Analyze monitoring data to identify patterns and improve processes. 3. Develop customized dashboards and reports with key performance metrics. APPLY: Buenos Aires YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: What will your challenges be? Monitor in real time the productive management of promotions and transactions to ensure proper infrastructure operation and detect any anomalies. Use monitoring tools to manage and control the status of operational and technological resources. Provide detailed incident reports and corrective actions taken, as well as recommendations to avoid future issues. Configure and manage proactive alerts in monitoring systems to detect potential problems before they impact operational performance. Escalate critical incidents to appropriate support teams when necessary — ensure correct incident prioritization based on the affected system’s criticality. Analyze data collected by monitoring tools to identify patterns and trends in system performance, recommending process adjustments or improvements. Develop customized dashboards and reports for different business areas using key performance metrics, response times, and system availability. Align monitoring activities with business objectives, ensuring that monitoring metrics and KPIs are relevant and useful. Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to monitoring and incident management.  Mandatory Requirements: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word; Excel; Access — Intermediate/Advanced level Bonus points if you have (Desirable): Knowledge of tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, SolarWinds, Quicksight ( Conditions: Schedule: 45-hour weekly schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM — (No Sunday and some holidays) Modality: Hybrid.
