Job Opportunity in Buenos Aires (Federal Capital) and Córdoba YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: What will your challenges be? Define the department’s annual budget jointly with Management. Manage and control the assigned budget, ensuring compliance with defined margins. Continuously monitor the profitability of digital services. Analyze financial variances and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. Research digital and technological trends that improve efficiency and profitability. Execute commercial and outreach strategies to strengthen business results. Supervise the performance of digital operations under your responsibility. Analyze operational results and prepare management reports. Monitor the complete digital service lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. Analyze and monitor goals and KPIs defined by Management. Identify deviations and develop action plans to achieve established results. Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with internal and external customers. Present results and performance reports clearly and in an executive manner. Strategically plan staffing and resource allocation to maximize productivity. Conduct performance evaluations and formal feedback processes using corporate tools. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head/Manager. (Mandatory) Tertiary or university degree in technology, administration, or related fields.
