Position Description** Our international land transportation and trans-Andean logistics solutions company is looking for an **International Land Transportation Customer Service Analyst** to join our operational team based in Buenos Aires. The primary objective of this role is to assist, prospect, and retain our corporate clients by providing proactive and comprehensive tracking of import and export cargo operations between Argentina and Chile. We seek a dynamic professional oriented toward service excellence, skilled at problem resolution, and highly capable of collaborative teamwork across borders. **2. Key Responsibilities** · **Transit time monitoring and reporting:** Proactively inform clients about the transit status of trucks and units en route. · **Ongoing cross-border coordination:** Manage a high volume of daily coordination and direct teamwork with our Chilean branch/team to ensure smooth scheduling of pickups and deliveries (CH/ARG and ARG/CH). · **Communication with key stakeholders:** Maintain continuous and effective contact with customs brokers, international carriers, and end customers to ensure timely cargo pickup, delivery of waybills, and documentation management. · **Issuance of foreign trade documentation:** Prepare, issue, and send the International Consignment Note (CRT), cargo insurance certificates, and coordinate required customs documentation for border crossing (MIC/DTA). · **Quotation and schedule management:** Prepare quotations requested by clients, update and audit the daily traffic schedule, and maintain up-to-date records of international freight carriers. · **Delivery confirmation and filing:** Confirm actual deliveries via delivery waybill, complete operational closure, review, and properly archive documentation. · **Comprehensive operational support:** Provide direct support to the Inland Latam department and Management for general requirements related to trans-Andean services. **3. Requirements** · **Prior experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within international land transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding companies (specific experience in the Chile–Argentina corridor is preferred). · **Academic background:** Technical or university studies in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. · **Location and working hours:** On-site work in the Northern Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) (Reference link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4QbQMC7o5FAv2JE2A). Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. · **Work arrangement:** Structured hybrid model comprising 4 on-site days and 1 remote workday per week (4x1). · **Availability / Flexibility:** Willingness to respond to inquiries or resolve operational contingencies at the border or en route outside regular hours due to transportation disruptions. · **Computer skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory), and experience using transportation/warehouse management systems (WMS / TMS / ERP). · **Core competencies:** Analytical ability, proactivity, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and strong commitment to teamwork. **4.
