Job Summary: We are seeking a Reference Analyst to manage the billing lifecycle for telephony services and transform data into actionable insights for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We seek individuals who drive results with a focus on customer satisfaction and business impact, maintaining high quality standards and acting with integrity in every decision. **Your Role Will Be:** To serve as a **Reference Analyst** in the billing lifecycle for Fixed/Mobile Telephony Services, promoting best practices and proposing/developing process improvements. To be responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into decision-supporting information by creating dashboards and monitoring tools that enable analysis, review, and early detection of deviations occurring in billing processes. **Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include:** * Comprehensive oversight of the **mobile telephony billing process** in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. * **Identify, report,** and follow up on detected deviations or incidents, informing involved parties through established procedures. * **Document** the outcomes of each billing cycle according to stipulated requirements. * Plan **objectives and projects**, targeting expected results. * **Design and develop models**, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data and variable analysis and communication. * **Explore**, understand, and **integrate** diverse information sources by developing **queries** against databases using SQL or PL/SQL, and **automating** data retrieval and visualization processes. **What Do We Need From You?** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Completed university degree—or nearing completion—in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * Analytical ability, logical thinking, and pattern recognition capability (Mandatory). * Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Excel, Planner, etc.). * Required knowledge and experience with relational databases and PL/SQL (intermediate/advanced level). * Experience with data analytics tools: MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar (Desirable).
