Partner with stakeholders to shape solution design We are looking for a BI Analyst to join a digital transformation and data analytics team focused on advancing business process digitalization and enabling data\-driven decision making. The role will center on designing, building, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions and business applications used across multiple business areas. **Responsibilities** * Collect input from business stakeholders to convert operational needs into effective data\-driven solutions * Create and design interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights across business areas * Build and sustain data pipelines to guarantee dependable and timely access to information * Develop and refine business applications that enable process automation and boost operational efficiency * Maintain data accuracy and consistency through routine validation and quality assurance checks * Partner closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand priorities and shape solution design * Record data structures, processes, and solution architecture to promote maintainability and knowledge transfer * Spot opportunities to enhance existing tools and processes, recommending improvements to support broader digital transformation goals **Requirements** * At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics positions * Experience with data modeling to organize and structure data for effective analysis and reporting * Practical experience with Microsoft Dataverse for organizing and managing business data * Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizing business insights * Experience using Power Automate to streamline and automate business workflows * Working knowledge of Python for supporting data analysis and process automation * Skilled in SQL for querying, managing, and manipulating data * Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience working with Agile methodologies to support iterative project delivery * Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service for incorporating AI capabilities into business solutions * Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development work * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform for cloud\-based data storage and processing * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio for developing AI\-powered assistants and applications * Experience with Microsoft Fabric for unified data analytics and management **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
