As a **Project Lead**, reporting to the **Project Head**, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and supervising special engineering projects for both production and non\-production areas at the SITE to achieve the company’s objectives based on investment decisions that support the business, while maintaining corporate standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) investment projects in accordance with established guidelines, identifying the most effective way to allocate the Company’s resources. * Align with internal customers on timelines, intervention locations for installations, and expectations regarding delivered solutions. * Plan and coordinate tasks required to execute various projects, prioritizing safety, work quality, deadlines, and costs — always aligned with internal EHS, Quality, GMP, and corporate standards. * Manage labor resources from each contractor assigned to individual projects. * Verify timely and proper execution and completion of works, ensuring full regulatory compliance. * Draft specifications or User Requirement Specifications (URS) for control system upgrades across various equipment. * Support implementation of EHS, quality, and engineering policies aligned with global standards. * Manage and analyze area performance indicators, taking corrective actions to achieve annual targets. * Identify areas for improvement in processes and projects. **Why YOU?** **Your Required Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with strong technical training, or equivalent disciplines. * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar roles managing engineering projects. * English: Intermediate level. * Microsoft Office: Intermediate level. * Availability to work full\-time, **100% on\-site**, Monday to Friday at our facility located in **Victoria**, San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). * Knowledge of GMP standards. * Basic familiarity with MS Project and SAP is preferred. * Experience with Power BI, data analytics, or data modeling is advantageous. **Job Posting End Date** 2026\-09\-01 **Equal Opportunities** ----------------------- Haleon is committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
