Job Summary: Leads operational efficiency and safety in the warehouse, coordinating teams to ensure proper product management across the entire supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure personnel safety and efficiency SG SUR S.A. is seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to lead the efficient, safe, and orderly operation of our warehouse, ensuring proper receipt, storage, rotation, order preparation, and dispatch of products, thereby effectively supporting the supply chain. Main Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the operations and distribution team (drivers, delivery assistants, warehouse operators, and forklift operators). * Supervise goods receipt, verifying quantity, quality, and condition of received products. * Ensure storage according to the defined layout and compliance with the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method. * Coordinate order picking and supervise correct truck loading according to distribution routes. * Monitor inventory turnover, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock losses and shrinkage. * Assign daily tasks to the team and actively participate in routine meetings with KPI tracking. * Supervise vehicle checklists, 5S audits, and proper use of PPE. * Monitor truck and forklift mileage/hours to ensure preventive maintenance. * Ensure personnel safety, actively promoting Group SG’s Hygiene and Safety culture. * Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Traffic, and Planning departments to guarantee on-time deliveries. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions (logistics, warehousing, or distribution). * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics or related fields. * Experience leading operational teams. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, email, and management systems (knowledge of Foxtrot and/or Chess ERP is preferred). * Forklift operation experience (MANDATORY) Working Conditions * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00; Saturdays, half-day, 8:00–12:00. * **Competitive benefits** Workplace: On-site employment
