This position will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. #### **Job Description:** #### **Provide emergency medical care to guests and crew members in accordance with company protocols and medical guidelines*** **Maintain and manage the onboard medical clinic, including inventory and restocking of medical supplies** * **Conduct regular safety drills and trainings for crew members on emergency medical procedures** * **Collaborate with the ship's captain and other crew members to ensure the safety and well\-being of all passengers** * **Monitor and track any medical incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities** * **Communicate with onshore medical facilities for any necessary consultations or evacuations** * **Maintain accurate medical records for all patients treated onboard** * **Assist with any other duties as assigned by the ship's captain or medical director** **Qualifications:*** **Current certification as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic** * **Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medicine** * **Experience in remote or wilderness medicine preferred** * **Previous experience working on a cruise ship or in a similar expedition setting is a plus** * **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** * **Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations** * **Excellent organizational and time management skills** * **Ability to work well in a team environment** * **Willingness to work long hours and be on call as needed** #### **Working Place:** ##### **Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina**
