We are currently seeking a Site Manager to lead the overall operation of a mining camp, ensuring high standards of service, safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The position will be responsible for coordinating various service areas, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience and achievement of management KPIs. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the overall camp operation. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Manage budget and performance indicators. * Supervise accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. * Maintain ongoing communication with the client. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience as a Site Manager, Contract Administrator, or Camp Manager. * Experience in mining, oil & gas, energy, or industrial camp operations. * Leadership of large teams. * Availability to work under a roster system. * Proficiency in computer-based tools. **Desirable Requirements** * University degree. * Knowledge of management systems. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Customer orientation. * Planning. * Problem solving. * Communication. * Working under pressure.
