Manage inventory control and supplier ordering to ensure ingredient availability. Utilize IT tools to generate reports and monitor key performance indicators. Develop and manage staff shift schedules. Acquire and transfer technical knowledge across operational areas, organizing training sessions. Analyze management metrics and maintain an optimal dashboard. Guarantee maximum product and service quality, delivering differentiated customer service. Requirements Proven experience managing gastronomic venues. Strong leadership, motivation, and team development skills. Analytical ability to interpret sales data and manage inventory.
