We seek a profile that combines technical excellence, team leadership, and business vision — someone capable of accelerating the area’s growth, supporting team development, and becoming a trusted reference for our clients. This role will have a direct impact on both the technical evolution of the service and the generation of new commercial opportunities. **What will be your challenge?** As Red Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Red Team practice, ensuring service quality and supporting business growth. Your key **responsibilities** will include: * Leading, developing, and empowering the Red Team. * Ensuring technical excellence across offensive security services. * Overseeing penetration testing, red teaming, breach and attack simulation (BAS), and other offensive assessments. * Identifying new commercial opportunities within existing clients and new prospects. * Collaborating with GRC, Blue Team, and Commercial teams to drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. * Participating in client meetings, providing technical-commercial support, and supporting pre-sales processes. * Developing tailored technical-commercial proposals aligned with client needs. * Defining departmental KPIs and reporting operational and commercial results to the Operations Director. * Driving continuous improvement of methodologies, processes, and team capabilities. **What do we expect from you?** * More than 5 years of experience in Offensive Security. * Solid hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability exploitation, and OSINT. * Proven experience leading technical teams. * Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders. * Strategic vision and results orientation. **Nice-to-have experience includes:** * Technical pre-sales or commercial development of cybersecurity services. * Preparation and delivery of technical proposals. * Corporate client management. * Development of new business lines. **Desirable certifications:** * OSCP * CEH * eWPT * Other equivalent offensive security certifications.
