As a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager, you will lead client engagements within our Deals practice, focusing on financial due diligence and analytics to drive value creation. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex financial data, providing insights that support strategic decision\-making for our clients. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and oversee project execution, confirming quality deliverables that align with client expectations. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and embraces technology to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities * Leading financial due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions * Analyzing financial statements and conducting comprehensive financial reviews * Developing financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decision\-making * Managing client relationships and providing insights on financial performance metrics * Overseeing the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations * Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to drive value creation initiatives * Identifying opportunities for profitable growth and optimizing working capital * Guiding teams in the application of corporate finance principles and practices * Conducting market trend analysis to inform investment strategies * Coaching and mentoring junior staff to enhance their analytical skills and business acumen * Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection * Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices What You Must Have * At least a Bachelor's degree * At least 4 years of experience * At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant License, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) * Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart * Demonstrating proficiency in financial due diligence and M\&A strategy * Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business performance metrics * Excelling in financial modeling and forecasting for strategic planning * Embracing change and innovation in deal management processes * Leveraging industry trend analysis for profitable growth opportunities * Managing complex contractual agreements and corporate finance tasks * Developing skills in private equity and investment valuation * Employing business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to turn data into insights; * Using ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), and having experience with Alteryx, Power Query and / or other agile technologies preferred; and, **\- Possessing knowledge of and having exposure to basic programming:** Python, SQL, or other languages.
