Job responsibilities: Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are properly distributed.Manage materials and production, preparing purchase lists, controlling inventory, and supervising input quality.Supervise on-site and workshop work execution, guaranteeing quality standards and resolving unexpected issues.Maintain smooth communication with clients and site managers, anticipating potential problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.Manage and coordinate the operational team, organizing tasks and monitoring schedules and performance.Coordinate maintenance of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning. Requirements: Degree as Master Builder or related field (mandatory).Proven experience in construction supervision and team management.Knowledge in aluminum carpentry and glass (desirable).Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.Good command of computer tools (Office suite, production spreadsheets, quotation systems, reports).Valid driver's license (mandatory).
