Drive customer satisfaction and sales growth For a leading vehicle rental company We are looking for a Branch Manager to comprehensively lead branch operations, ensuring achievement of commercial and operational goals, proper fleet administration, and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and support the work team, fostering a positive environment, employee development, and goal attainment. Coordinate daily branch operations, ensuring vehicle availability for confirmed reservations and customers. Comprehensively manage the fleet, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, cleaning, and safety conditions of vehicles. Monitor management indicators (sales, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational performance), proposing continuous improvement actions. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Plan branch operations according to demand, resource availability, and business seasonality. Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and various support departments at Head Office. Implement initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and sales growth. Maintain smooth communication with Head Office (Administration and Finance, People and Culture, Commercial and Operations, Pricing and Management Control, Systems, and Central Reservation Office located in Buenos Aires). Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to sales management. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience leading operational and/or commercial teams, preferably in tourism, car rental, hospitality, logistics, or service companies. Valid driver's license. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Experience tracking management indicators (KPIs). Preferred Qualifications Tertiary or university degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. Knowledge of Power BI. Conversational English and/or Portuguese. Proficiency in management systems and administrative tools.
