Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in personnel administration, labor management, and leadership to professionalize and strengthen the HR function within a BPO company. The company operates across multiple Latin American countries and serves organizations from diverse sectors. We seek a candidate with solid generalist HR experience, combining expertise in personnel administration and labor management with leadership, organizational ability, and results orientation. This role will be critical in streamlining processes, supporting organizational growth, and strengthening people management. The workplace is located in the Buenos Aires Microcentro district, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. What will be your challenge? Lead the Human Resources area, establishing priorities, objectives, and work methodologies. Organize, structure, and professionalize HR processes by implementing procedures, workflows, and management tools. Supervise personnel administration management, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information. Coordinate and oversee payroll processing, supervising internally prepared data and its coordination with the external accounting firm. Monitor and analyze HR management information, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, and proposing concrete actions. Lead and support high-volume recruitment and selection processes in a context of continuous hiring. Support leaders in day-to-day people management and resolution of labor-related situations. Develop and strengthen the HR team, promoting an organized, collaborative, and results-oriented work dynamic. Drive improvement initiatives and actions aligned with business growth and evolving needs. Requirements: Proven experience of at least 5 years in generalist Human Resources roles, including leadership or coordination responsibilities. Strong knowledge of personnel administration, payroll processing, and labor legislation. Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection, as well as managing environments with high turnover. Experience in call centers, contact centers, services, or industries with large workforces will be especially valued. Experience leading and developing teams. Ability to organize and professionalize processes, drive improvements, and establish work methodologies. Analytical, organized, autonomous profile with strong results orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Proficiency in HR management tools and Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are highly valued. Experience working with Human Resources management metrics will be valued.
