Key Duties: * Prepare assigned mise en place and directly assist the commis or chef. * Be responsible for the raw materials entering the kitchen. * Maintain workplace order and cleanliness, as well as proper use of all machinery and utensils in the area. * Uphold good food handling practices to ensure optimal sanitary conditions. * Provide appropriate service to customers, whether external or internal. Requirements: We are seeking individuals with a strong service- and collaboration-oriented profile and verifiable prior experience in kitchen-related roles. Residence: Santa Fe city or nearby areas. Availability: Full-time position (rotating shifts). Completed secondary education. Valid food handler’s certificate. ‍ ‍ Gastronomy-related studies will be valued.
