An important company in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Mining sector located in the northern area of GBA is seeking a Technical Buyer to join its team. The main mission is to act as a strategic liaison with international suppliers, managing procurement and negotiations, ensuring product availability, optimizing costs, and strengthening long-term relationships. Main responsibilities: * Manage international and local technical purchases, negotiating with strategic suppliers. * Define purchase conditions (volume, delivery times, payment methods) within the approved budget. * Prepare bidding documents and evaluate proposals. * Manage the matrix of international and local suppliers, developing solid and reliable relationships. * Analyze inventory levels. * Drive initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction in procurement. * Present consumption analysis, trends, and opportunities for improvement in supply processes. * Maintain collaborative relationships with different departments, foreign trade, and Finance. Requirements: * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Experience in technical and international procurement. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with management systems/ERP. * Strong negotiation, planning, and cost analysis capabilities. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, with strategic vision.
