Description: The property is located in Villa Tacul, a quiet area within Llao Llao Park, 500 meters from the hill of the same name, just a few meters from the idyllic Llao Llao Bay, and four kilometers from the Llao Llao Hotel. A two-story house connected by an external covered staircase. Situated directly on Nahuel Huapi Lake, offering exceptional views, set within a large, gently sloping garden featuring private shoreline access, a barbecue grill, and a table among the Arrayan trees along the shore—ideal for enjoying nature. The exterior retains its original historic character, while the interior was renovated in autumn 2021. Amenities include private outdoor parking for 2 cars, a gallery, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The house accommodates up to 10 people, with central heating powered by natural gas, a wood-burning stove-heater, and an automatic gas-powered generator. Internet connection available. The area is ideal for couples, adventurers, and families with children seeking tranquility and opportunities to enjoy nature and activities such as: • Trekking along forest trails through towering Coihue and Cypress trees, reaching points of interest including the “Roman Bridge,” Escondido Lake, the Panoramic Viewpoint, various bays, and the summit of Cerro Llao Llao—offering stunning views of Moreno Lake and all arms of Nahuel Huapi Lake; • Mountain biking excursions; • Canoeing or kayaking, swimming to the small island located directly across from the house’s shoreline; • Trout fishing; • Playing soccer or paddle tennis in the garden—or simply sunbathing; • Depending on the season, harvesting plums, apples, and walnuts from the garden. Requirements: To reserve the house, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to the check-in date. A security deposit equivalent to one night’s rental value will be collected; from this amount, basic cleaning and check-out services, linen and towel laundering, as well as costs for breakage or replacement of inventory items, will be deducted. A short-term rental agreement will be signed. Parties and large gatherings exceeding 12 people are strictly prohibited, as is camping within the park or smoking inside the house. Groups of young adults are not permitted, nor are pets allowed. Out of respect for nature and neighboring residents—and to ensure harmonious coexistence—we kindly ask guests to keep music volume and other noise levels low to prevent acoustic pollution.
