Job Description: We are looking for a Tendering Engineer who wants to join our Services team and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business by developing value propositions that accompany our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their assets. **What will be your challenge?** You will play a key role in the Services sales and business development process, working cross-functionally with various business units, commercial teams, operations, technical specialists, and support functions to build comprehensive, customer-centric solutions. This position requires strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and transform opportunities into competitive proposals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end quotation process: * Identifying and analyzing opportunities together with commercial teams and internal stakeholders. * Interpreting customers’ technical and commercial requirements. * Coordinating with technical specialists, operations, sales, supply chain, finance, and other support functions. * Designing service solutions aligned with customer needs and business strategy. * Preparing technical-commercial proposals and associated documentation. * Building cost estimates, conducting risk analysis, and validating margins. * Organizing follow-up meetings and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery. * Ensuring the quality, competitiveness, and profitability of submitted offers. **What are we looking for?** A profile with both commercial and technical vision, customer-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in dynamic environments, who can: * Understand customer needs and translate them into concrete value propositions. * Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. * Effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders with differing objectives and priorities. * Build strong collaborative relationships across various business functions. * Work autonomously, with sound judgment and results orientation. Key Requirements: * Knowledge of the sales cycle and opportunity management. * Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals. * Experience or knowledge in industrial services, maintenance, modernizations, automation, energy, or related solutions. * Technical knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage equipment. * Ability to perform technical and financial analysis for proposal development. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (desirable). * Availability to work under a hybrid model.
