The **Quality Analyst (AFTERNOON SHIFT – 1-YEAR FIXED\-TERM TEMPORARY CONTRACT)**, reporting to the Quality Supervisor, will be responsible for performing physicochemical release and stability testing on locally manufactured products and imported bulk materials packaged at the Buenos Aires plant. Tasks are performed in accordance with established procedures and aligned with regulatory, quality (GLP), safety (EHS), and housekeeping requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze finished products, stability samples, complaints, validation and analytical transfer analyses when required, and any other special analyses per the established plan.
* Independently and efficiently execute routine analyses. Operate laboratory instrumentation, evaluate and interpret laboratory results, and deliver reliable outcomes.
* Propose and implement Continuous Improvement actions for laboratory processes.
* Complete assigned training on schedule and update laboratory SOPs if assigned.
* Perform equipment control, maintenance, and calibration activities, and other related tasks.
* Escalate operational issues effectively to the Local Products and Stability Supervisor.
* Complete analysis records timely, review peer data when assigned, and ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements per Company policies and local standard operating procedures.
* Maintain laboratory reagents and solutions. Conduct laboratory investigation tests arising from typical/out\-of\-specification results, deviations, etc.
* Perform other laboratory tasks as assigned.
**Why YOU?**
**Your Required Qualifications:**
* Education: Advanced undergraduate student (estimated graduation date 2026/2027\) and/or university graduate, preferably with a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields (e.g., food science, among others).
* Experience: \+2 years of prior experience in similar roles or as a chemical technician with equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic/fast\-moving consumer goods industries within the physicochemical area.
* Proficiency in operating analytical instrumentation (e.g., **HPLC**, UV spectrophotometry, etc.).
* Technical experience analyzing **raw materials/finished products**.
* Ability to complete technical documentation.
* English: Basic level (A1/A2\).
* Microsoft Office: Intermediate level.
* Availability to work full\-time **100% onsite**, Monday to Friday, **AFTERNOON SHIFT**, 14:00–22:00 hrs, at our plant located in Victoria, San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
* **Availability to work temporarily under a fixed\-term contract for an estimated period of 1 year.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Knowledge of dissolution testers.
