Summary: The AP Junior Analyst ensures accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices, contributing to process improvement and compliance with company policies. Highlights: 1. Foster understanding and alignment within the AP function. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** ------------------------------------- The AP Junior Analyst reports directly to the AP Team Lead. The primary function of the position is to ensure the accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices. **Job Responsibilities** * Responsible for processing of invoices aligned with shared team milestones * Respond to supplier and internal inquiries in a timely manner * Thoughtful and consistent communication and interaction with other departments to build alignment and foster understanding impacting the AP function. * Support specific countries as assigned with third level escalations * Assist with audits as required * Process Rush invoices as needed * Excellent knowledge of payables and purchasing procedures and excellent practices. * Find new ways to improve efficiency of business processes. Makes recommendations and participates in the decision\-making process regarding process improvement. * Participate in the promotion of Air Liquide’s safety objectives. Knows and follows all Air Liquide procedures. * Research and resolution of invoices on hold.
