You will: * **Design and build scalable technology solutions** that support Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine. * Develop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, with a strong focus on **internal APIs and infrastructure**. * Write **clean, maintainable, and efficient code** designed for high\-scale environments. * Identify **technical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks**, and implement solutions to address them. * Improve **system performance, reliability, security, and scalability**. * Contribute to **technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews**, helping raise engineering standards. * Ensure strong **observability** through effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices. * Document technical solutions clearly to enable effective **cross\-team collaboration**. * Help shape the backlog and connect **technical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities**. * **4\+ years of professional experience in software development**, with strong Full Stack experience building and maintaining production\-grade applications. * Strong **backend development** experience with Node.js **/ NestJS** or comparable technologies. * Strong **frontend development** experience with **React /** Next.js. * Advanced proficiency in **JavaScript and TypeScript**, with solid experience designing and developing **REST APIs**. * Hands\-on experience with **AWS services** and cloud\-based environments. * Strong understanding of **software architecture, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability**. * Experience with **automated testing**, including unit, integration, and end\-to\-end testing. * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**, modern development workflows, and engineering quality practices. * Experience with **observability and production systems**, including monitoring, logging, debugging, and identifying technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
