As an Events Producer, you’ll work within the Creative & Production team, at the intersection of creativity and execution, leading end-to-end in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. What impact will you make? You’ll manage events with strategic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for bringing every project to life with excellence. Here, you’ll play a key role in coordinating vendors and operations to deliver memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end event production and manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality, timelines, or budget. * Work highly organized using schedules, checklists, operational plans, and project management tools to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to specification. * Coordinate vendors, venues, partners, and internal teams in a collaborative, dynamic, and execution-focused environment. * Resolve unforeseen issues quickly, judiciously, and calmly, ensuring smooth operations even under pressure. * Translate client needs into concrete action plans, with clear communication, close follow-up, and results-oriented focus. What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in event production, ideally in corporate events, brand activations, conventions, product launches, or incentive programs. * Solid knowledge of technical production, logistics, audiovisual, staging, accreditation, and general event operations. * Experience tracking costs, negotiating with vendors, and managing budgets with strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools to support agile and well-organized operations.
