Founded in 2003, Schring has expertise in project delivery \& execution, software development, and IT staff augmentation. **About the Role** We are seeking a Network \& Infrastructure Solutions Design Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement to support the development of networking, wireless, and infrastructure solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and infrastructure experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders throughout the solution design process. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with Account Executives to design networking, wireless, and infrastructure solutions. * Develop accurate quotes, scopes of work, and supporting design documentation. * Participate in discovery calls, technical reviews, and customer\-facing presentations. * Conduct site assessments and surveys to validate design requirements and assumptions. * Research and recommend technologies aligned with customer needs and industry best practices. * Serve as a technical bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams. * Support smooth handoff from design to implementation teams. * Collaborate with peers to provide design coverage and technical support as needed. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, implementation, and/or management of IT systems. * Experience with networking, wireless, telephony, and server infrastructure. * Experience in pre\-sales engineering, solution design, or customer\-facing technical roles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to communicate effectively with US\-based teams and clients. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Networking and/or compute certifications. * Experience with cybersecurity, physical security, or video security solutions. * Experience with help desk support and technical consulting environments. **Additional Requirements** * Advanced English proficiency is required. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. * Candidates may be required to complete a background check and drug screening.
