### **Client Enrollment Specialist**
Compensation: $1,700/month base \+ $250–$1,000 in monthly performance incentives
Location: Remote from Latin America
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 12pm to 8pm, Saturdays 9am to 11am ET, Sundays \& Mondays off
Payment: Bi\-weekly payments

#### **About the Role**
On behalf of our client—a leading U.S. home energy efficiency company helping low\-income families access free government energy rebate programs—Latino Legends is seeking an autonomous, empathetic, and results\-driven Client Enrollment Specialist.
In this role, you will build relationships with Mobile Home Park managers and reach out directly to residents to guide them through qualifying for free heat pump and energy efficiency upgrades. While this is not a traditional sales position, your work directly fuels company growth and improves the daily lives of underserved communities.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
* Community Engagement: Connect with Mobile Home Park managers to spread awareness about available energy rebate programs and recruit community members.
* Resident Support: Call and guide residents through the qualification process, explaining the financial and energy\-saving benefits clearly.
* Application Management: Help families complete simple forms and collect the required documentation to get their applications approved.
* Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of prospects, active leads, and application statuses across spreadsheets and CRM systems.
* Operations Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to hand off approved accounts for technical assessments and equipment installation.
#### **Requirements \& Qualifications**
* Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
* High Empathy \& Patience: Comfortable speaking on the phone with diverse populations, including elderly residents and individuals with limited English proficiency.
* Proactive \& Autonomous: Thrives in a non\-micromanaged environment where you are measured by your impact and results rather than a strict, rigid playbook.
* Adaptability \& Flexibility: Comfortable working within a lean, fast\-moving organization where priorities can evolve.
* Tech\-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency with experience using spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
#### **Performance \& Incentive Breakdown**
Earn $25 per completed and approved application, plus tier\-based performance kickers:
* Base Incentive: $25 per approved application
* Monthly Kicker: \+$100 bonus for every 5 approved applications
##### **Examples:**
* 5 Approved Applications/month: ($25 × 5\) \+ $100 kicker \= $225 in bonuses
* 15 Approved Applications/month: ($25 × 15\) \+ (3 × $100 kickers) \= $675 in bonuses
