Job Summary: We are seeking a Growth PM to transform commercial feedback into a product roadmap, design experiments, measure their impact, and lead the international expansion of B2B financial products. Lead international expansion of B2B products **Hybrid mode (4x1\) – Puerto Madero, CABA** \| **USD Contract** At Ardua, we have rapidly expanding B2B financial products: Prime Broker, Cross Border Payments, CVU Collect for Platforms, and more. We seek a Growth PM who can convert commercial feedback into a roadmap, design experiments, and measure their impact using data. **Responsibilities** * Convert commercial input into segmentation, differentiated pricing, and external roadmap * Design and execute experiments for activation, adoption, retention, and monetization * Build and maintain product-level, instrumented sales funnels * Lead the Commercial-Product feedback loop * Maintain up-to-date competitive analysis * Conduct discovery focused on international expansion (LATAM, US, Europe) **What We Look For In You** * Experience as a Product Analyst with exposure to experimentation or B2B products * Experiment design or analysis (A/B, pricing, activation) * Intermediate SQL, dashboards, funnels * High agency and tolerance for ambiguity **We Offer** * Salary in USD * OSDE private health insurance * Executive lunches at the office * MacBook and full equipment * Vacation \+ Argentine public holidays * Hybrid mode 4x1 – full time (Offices in Puerto Madero, CABA)
