Manage high-performing teams and maintain strategic vision. **Job Description:** As Assoc. Dir, Market Access Argentina, you are responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies for pharmaceuticals, ensuring they reach patients and users sustainably and equitably across the country. We seek to bring into our team a Market Access Leader with commercial and business orientation, possessing solid experience in market access strategies and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare system—including government agencies, patient associations, health insurers, social security organizations (obras sociales), trade unions, chambers, and public and private payers—to secure coverage and access agreements. * This role requires availability to travel at least 15% of the time. **Responsibilities** * Design, lead, and implement market access strategies for high-specialty and high-cost medicines, considering reimbursement and coverage policies across Argentina’s provinces and at the national level. * Lead complex and global Value & Access initiatives in the market, collaborating with cross-functional local and regional teams from Finance, Commercial, and Medical functions to drive coordinated execution. * Negotiate with key stakeholders—including government agencies, patient associations, health insurers, social security organizations (obras sociales), trade unions, and public and private payers—to secure coverage and access agreements. * Develop value propositions and access models in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Policy, and Commercial functions. * Identify opportunities, risks, and barriers in the healthcare and political environment that may impact patient access. * Monitor opportunities, risks, and barriers in the political and healthcare environment that may affect patient access. * Represent the company before government institutions, patient associations, trade unions, and healthcare entities. * Prepare executive reports on results, forecasts, and action plans for senior management. **Education, Experience and Required Skills** * Completed university degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years in Market Access or Institutional Relations roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with focus on women’s health. * Experience in public health procurement processes. * In-depth knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system, coverage and reimbursement policies, and negotiation with governments, social security organizations (obras sociales), chambers, associations, and trade unions. * 3+ years of experience managing a team with at least 2 direct reports (direct reports only; contractors, interns, or outsourced personnel are excluded). * Advanced English proficiency, with ability to conduct business conversations. **What Skills Does the Ideal Candidate Have?** * Excellent negotiation skills. * Strategic thinking. * Stakeholder management. * Leadership and management of high-performing teams. * Strategic vision. * Results orientation. * Analytical capability and data-driven decision making. * Effective communication. **Desirable Education, Experience and Skills** * Demonstrable experience with high-specialty and high-cost products. * Prior experience with women’s health products. * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency. **Secondary Job Description** **Who We Are:** Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
