Position Summary: UBSA is seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee administrative and financial operations, reporting directly to senior management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with external accounting firm UBSA is a Córdoba-based company specializing in the sterilization of medical instruments and devices for hospitals, clinics, and sanatoriums nationwide. We are seeking an Administrative Manager to handle the company’s administrative and financial management, with direct reporting to senior management. RESPONSIBILITIES * Invoicing, accounts receivable, and collection follow-up for private clinics and public hospitals. * Preparation and submission of municipal, provincial, and national tenders. * Accounts payable, supplier management, and daily cash control. * Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring. * Coordination with external accounting firm: tax filings, regulatory submissions, and year-end closing. * Preparation of management reports for senior management. * Procurement management and service contracting. * Administrative oversight of contracts with healthcare institutions. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration of SMEs. * Proficiency in spreadsheet software and management systems. * Experience in public-sector invoicing and tender submissions is highly valued. * Sound judgment, organizational skills, and discretion when handling sensitive information. CONDITIONS * Full-time, employment-based position. * On-site work in Córdoba city. * Direct reporting to the company’s senior management.
