Our client, a leading YPF operating group, has entrusted us with the search for an Administrative and Finance Manager for its two YPF Service Stations located in the southern zone of CABA. The position reports to the CEO and carries direct responsibility for the comprehensive administration of two high-volume operational business units, operating 24/7, 365 days per year. We seek a professional profile with strong organizational capability, operational leadership, analytical judgment, and proven experience managing complex and dynamic administrative structures. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize the administrative and financial management of both business units, ensuring operational efficiency, control, and high-quality information for decision-making. Daily control and reconciliation of the Current Account with YPF as the business’s strategic focus. Supervision of cash closing procedures for Forecourt, Boxes, and FULL. Comprehensive banking management and reconciliations. Administration of the procurement and supplier payment process. Management and tracking of approximately one hundred customer current accounts. Cash Flow, treasury, and operational financial flow management. Administrative control of general inventory: stationery, uniforms, merchandising, and supplies. Coordination of HR Hard and Soft processes together with the area head. Operational administration of garages leased to third parties. Generation of management reports and support to senior management. Requirements: Certified Public Accountant or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Graduated (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex administrative and financial areas in medium-sized companies. Solid knowledge in accounting, finance, administration, and management. Strong proficiency in computer tools and management systems. Problem-solving, organized, analytical, and highly capable of leadership. Experience in service stations, mass consumption, logistics, or high-volume gastronomy will be valued. Extensive experience in management control through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Technical Competencies: Proficiency in ERP management systems. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in building and monitoring KPIs. Cash Flow, Treasury, and Budgetary Control management. Leadership and Management Competencies: Ability to delegate and develop work teams. High organizational and prioritization capability. Excellent interpersonal communication. Work Modality: The company’s expansion phase and the demands of a 24/365 business require on-site, strategic leadership of the assigned area.
