Job Summary: Finning is seeking a Reliability Engineer to analyze component performance, manage technical information, and improve equipment reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment and service distribution, is searching for top talent to fill the **Reliability Engineer** role. We are seeking a **Reliability Engineer** to join the CRC team, with the objective of analyzing the performance of repaired components, managing technical information, and developing initiatives that enhance equipment reliability, availability, and durability. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze reliability metrics, including MTBF, MTTR, recurring failures, and component durability. * Administer and maintain up-to-date the reliability database for repaired components. * Serve as the technical liaison between customers and various organizational departments. * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance, repair, and operation processes. * Prepare technical reports and provide information to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Participate in technical feedback to the Quality Committee. **Requirements** * Advanced students or graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Technical profiles with mechanical or electromechanical backgrounds and relevant experience will also be considered. * Experience in failure analysis and reliability. * Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. * Knowledge of SAP. * Familiarity with Caterpillar tools: SIS, TMI, SIMSi, VIMS, ET, TAM, and AMT. * Intermediate spoken and written English. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Customer focus and teamwork. * Organization, planning, and sense of urgency. * Effective communication and ability to interact across multiple departments. * Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. **Conditions** * Work location: Tortuguitas, Buenos Aires. * Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote), subject to eligibility. * Willingness to travel when business needs require.
